FNaF: Security Breach – Ruin is a free DLC for Five Nights at Freddy’s: Security Breach, released in 2023 by Steel Wool Studios. It shifts the focus from Gregory’s original escape to a new character, Cassie, who returns to the ruined Pizzaplex after the events of the main game. Her goal: find and rescue Gregory, who claims he is trapped inside.

The Pizzaplex is no longer a brightly lit shopping‑mall‑style complex. Most areas are dark, damaged, and partially collapsed. Many familiar places from the main game are now twisted with debris and missing sections, forcing you to find new routes. Cassie is unarmed — instead, she uses a Faz-Wrench to hack security systems and a Roxy Talky to interact with certain devices. Stealth and careful movement replace direct confrontation.

Gameplay is built around environmental puzzles, security locks, and avoiding aggressive animatronics. Returning threats like Roxanne Wolf and Montgomery Gator behave differently than before, with new patrol patterns and jump scare triggers. Completely new dangers appear too, such as The Mimic, which changes the pace of encounters.
