The Classrooms
The Classrooms is a tense first-person game set in empty, maze-like school corridors. Your goal is simple: explore, stay safe, and find the exit before things find you.
Tips for Beginners
- Move slowly and listen for strange sounds.
- Save sprint for danger; running all the time makes noise.
- If the game uses your mic, keep your room quiet or mute the mic in settings.
- Mark landmarks in your head: a broken light, a red door, an elevator.
- If you get lost, retrace your steps instead of rushing forward.
How to Play
- Press Play and enter the first area. Your task is to reach an exit.
- Search rooms for keys, switches, or clues that unlock the next section.
- Avoid creatures and odd “anomalies.” If you hear trouble, hide or back away.
- Use elevators or stairwells to move to a new zone and keep progress.
- Repeat until you escape… or run out of chances.
Controls: WASD to move, mouse to look, E to interact, Shift to sprint, Ctrl to crouch (if shown). On phones, use on-screen sticks and tap.
About the Game
Maps can change between runs, so each try feels new. One session can be 5–15 minutes, which fits a short break. Headphones help you hear danger sooner. The game may include jump scares; younger players should be careful.
Mini-FAQ
- It’s lagging — what can I do? Close other tabs/apps, lower effects, and switch to fullscreen.
- Can I play on my phone? Some web versions work with touch, but keyboard + mouse on PC is easier.
Put on headphones and try to reach the first exit without using your sprint.
